Recovering lost passwords is easy! Simply go to the Online Banking Login page and look for the Forgot Password? link. Click the link then enter your Access ID. Your password will be sent to your email address.

If you find yourself locked out of your Online Banking account, please try the following:

  • Wait 30 minutes. The account should reset itself.
  • You may also contact our Customer Service and Support Center at (425) 921-2432 for immediate assistance during normal business hours.

You can log in to your Online Banking account from any page of this site, using the login box located in the upper right corner of every page. Simply enter your Access ID, then select whether your account is a Personal or Business Online Banking account, and press the Submit button.

If you have lost your VISA® ATM/debit card, you should immediately contact the VISA ATM/debit Card center at 1-800-472-3272. If you are traveling outside the continental United States with no access to 1-800 numbers, please call 1-973-682-2652.

Notify your local branch office of your travel plans. Currently, all foreign countries and some regional areas are restricted, and we must allow them for your card prior to departure in order for you to have unrestricted use of your card during your travels.

The easiest way to access your loan balance at anytime is using your Online Banking account. All of your account information (for loans and deposits) will be listed on the main summary screen of your Online Banking account, giving you immediate, 24-hour access to this important information. If you don't have an Online Banking account, contact your local branch for account balances.

You can pay personal bills (and other types of bills) online anytime, using your Online Banking account. Simply click the Bill Payment tab at the top navigation menu to access the CheckFree® Payment Center.  Then add a company or person to pay in the Pay Bills section. The system will automatically withdraw funds from your account to pay your one-time bill(s). Or you can create automatic payments by using the Manage My Bills tab within the bill pay feature.
