A revolving line of credit is a versatile business tool that offers flexible financing for short-term needs like working capital or investment opportunities. Maintaining an active line of credit makes good business sense and helps stabilize your cash flow.
The Bank of Washington offers both unsecured lines and those secured with business assets such as inventory, receivables or real estate. Loan rates are fixed, and you can repay and reuse to suit your company's needs.
We offer a variety of financing solutions for capital improvements like new equipment, vehicles, or other assets for expanding operations. Or perhaps your business is looking to purchase or refinance commercial property that's either owner-occupied or for investment purposes. Our business relationship experts can tailor a term loan to suit.

The Bank of Washington invests in its communities by partnering with small businesses who qualify for SBA loans. The Small Business Administration has two popular loan programs, the 7(a) Program and the CDC/504 Program which differ in a number of ways, such as required down payments, typical project size, loan purpose, and SBA fees.
The 7(a) loans are guaranteed by the Small Business Administration. With longer terms and maturity, lower monthly payments and no balloon payments, these loans typically improve cash flow. They are designed to help small companies grow with financing for things like working capital, purchase of inventory, equipment or machinery or for acquiring an existing business.
Alternatively, the CDC/504 loans are made in conjunction with a certified development company (CDC), and are a great way to finance construction of new facilities, fund the purchase of land or purchase site improvements such as grading, parking lots and landscaping.
If you are interested in exploring these SBA loan programs, The Bank of Washington offers a dedicated SBA specialist who can help. To schedule an appointment today, contact Phil Castillo at (425) 493-6386.
