Fraud Trend — Mexico ATM Skimming

On Monday, September 14, 2015, computer security website identified a fraud pattern in Mexico, in popular tourist areas, in which multiple ATMs had been manipulated internally to contain small devices that store and wirelessly transmit stolen card track and PIN data. ATM technicians were being bribed in order to gain access to the ATMs that they serviced. Krebs on Security Article
