You may have heard about the Heartbleed SSL vulnerability in the news. The Bank of Washington has taken the appropriate action to ensure the security of our website and online banking systems.

We take your privacy and the security of your information very seriously. As a best practice, we recommend that your username and password with your bank be different than any other username and password for other online accounts or activities. We also recommend that you change your username and password periodically.
