How to Pay Personal Bills Using Online Bill Pay...

You can pay personal bills (or other type of bill payment) online anytime, using your Online Banking account. Simply add the bill to your "Scheduled Transactions" and the system will automatically withdraw funds from your checking account to pay your creditor(s) each month.

You can also make "one-time" payments using the account, by going to Payments (from the top navigation menu) / Single Payment and then following the easy on-screen instructions.

You can check account balances at anytime, using your Online Banking account. All of your Bank of Washington account information (Deposit and/or Loan) will be listed on the main screen of your Online Banking account, giving you immediate, 24 / 7 access to this important information.

Personal Online Banking - How to Transfer Funds...

Transferring funds from one The Bank of Washington account to another is easy with Online Banking!

- Login to your Online Banking account.

- Click the "Express Transfers" link in the top navigation.

- Select the account to transfer money "from" using the pull-down menu in the top "Transfer From" box.

- Select the account you wish to transfer money "to" in the bottom "Transfer To" box. (Both Deposit and Loan accounts will be available in this area.)

- Enter the amount you would like to transfer.

- Press the Next button.

You will then be asked to confirm your request. Confirm the transaction and you're done!

Personal Online Banking - How to Get Copies of Statements...

Up-to-date statements are available online for the current 30 day period, as well as the previous 30 days. You can access these at anytime by logging in to your Online Banking account, then choosing the appropriate item under "Transactions" in the top navigation.

Past statements are available for all Online Banking accounts for a period of the previous 18 months.

- Login to your Online Banking account.

- You will see a listing of all your accounts on the main Online Banking screen.

- Select the desired Deposit, Loan, or Other Accounts category and click on the appropriate Account Number link.
- Click the "Statements" link in the top navigation.
- Click the desired document type.
- Click the statement date to open and print.

Personal Online Banking - How to Verify Cleared Checks...

Cleared checks are available for viewing online for the current and previous months.

To view, simply login to your Online Banking account, then select the appropriate checking account.

On the next screen, you will be able to choose Current or Previous Statements from the "Transactions" link in the top navigation.

Past statements which list checks and transactions for each month are available for all Online Banking accounts for a period of the 18 months. Please follow the above steps, if you would like to open past statements.

Personal Online Banking - How to Obtain Check Copies...

You can obtain copies of checks for the current and previous statement period.

- Login to your Online Banking Account.

- You will see a listing of all your accounts on the main Online Banking screen.

- Click on the appropriate Account Number link.

- Click the "Transaction" option and select either "Current Statement" or "Previous Statement"

- Click on the underlined hyperlink for either a check or deposit to view that check or deposit.

- Use the instructions to view front or back.

- To print the item, right click and then select print.
