Howard Berman and Scott Brand appreciate the security of working with a personal banker you can always count on. This is what brought them to The Bank of Washington.
They place great value in doing business with their "hometown" bank, having done so the better part of their 38 years as partners in Redmond’s NAPA auto parts store. They also operate the NAPA store in Issaquah, where Howard and Scott’s bank has another of six "home grown" branch locations.
"The Bank of Washington treats us like they really want our business," Howard points out. Scott notes that they’ve been turned off by larger banks. "Those go in strictly for bigger businesses and fail to show a
genuine personal interest in a customer’s financial needs."
"It’s frustrating when you can’t get an answer when you need it from the bigger banks," Scott adds. "We’ve become very used to the personal service we get from Cory and his staff," Howard reminds. "They just take great care of us."
