Barbara Mercer
Barbara Mercer Tells Business and Family Friends About The Bank of Washington

Barbara Mercer finds the new Edmonds branch office of the bank "airy and light with beautiful colors." This lifelong painter and art lover also finds being on a first name basis with everyone in the branch is much to her liking.

Barbara has owned and operated Edmonds Frame Design & Atelier more than 17 years. About five years ago she became discouraged by a steady succession of mergers leading to constant management and personnel changes effecting her previous banking relationship.

When she considered making a change of banks - "I inquired about the kind of banking relationships my neighboring business owners in Edmonds were experiencing. They spoke such positive things about the people at The Bank of Washington," she said. "I continue to receive friendly, personal support from everyone in the Edmonds office. I couldn't be better served."

She has high praise for the bank's problem solving assistance too, especially when she runs into financial procedures or issues that a person with a masters of fine arts degree shouldn't need to master as well.
