FORECLOSURE PREVENTION & ASSISTANCE

HomeIf you are unable to afford your first or second mortgage payments and wish to avoid foreclosure, there may be options available to you. The option that is right for your situation may depend on several factors including your loan balance, the type of loan and your current payment status.

In order to consider these options, the bank would require the following information from you:
  • A current personal financial statement

  • Verification of current income

  • Copies of current bank statements

  • Your loan number

  • Listing information if your home is for sale
You may come into the bank to discuss your situation with the branch manager during business hours. If you are unable to come into the bank please contact us using the toll free phone number 1-877-921-2432 and ask for Jeanne Hansen regarding Homeowner Counseling or fax the above information to 425-275-5601.

HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT (HUD) Can Help You Too
HUD is a U.S. government agency that increases home ownership, and supports home buyers. HUD offers free or low-cost counseling throughout the country. We would like to assist you by providing the HUD toll-free telephone number 1-800-569-4287 where you can receive a list of HUD approved non-profit organizations that serve your residential area. You may obtain the information from the HUD agency by entering your zip code into the voice message center for housing default counseling.
