Go GreenQUESTION: How do I sign up for eStatements?

ANSWER: Personal account holders may enroll for eStatements from their secure online banking session. Simply select the accounts you want to receive eStatements on and then accept the Disclosure and Acceptance within the pop-up window. You may also enroll through the "Change Options" selection on your toolbar in online banking.

Business account holders simply contact your local branch to enroll.



QUESTION: Do I have to be an Online Banking customer to receive an eStatement?

ANSWER: Yes, Online Banking is required.



QUESTION: Which accounts have eStatements available?

ANSWER: Checking, savings and money market accounts offer eStatements. Certificate of Deposits can be combined with a checking, savings or money market account in order to be visible on eStatements.



QUESTION: Is there a fee for eStatements?

ANSWER: No, eStatements are free!



QUESTION: How will I know when my eStatement is ready?

ANSWER: When your eStatement is ready, we’ll notify you by email.



QUESTION: I want a second person to receive an e-mail eStatement notification. Is this possible?

ANSWER: Yes, one secondary e-mail notification is available. Contact your local branch to arrange this.



QUESTION: Will the same information be in my eStatement as it in my paper statement?

ANSWER: Yes, your eStatement will appear just like your paper statement.



QUESTION: Are eStatements secure?

ANSWER: Yes, eStatements are more secure than paper statements eliminating a risk of mail fraud.



QUESTION: What are the benefits of eStatements?

ANSWER: Switching to eStatements has several benefits including:
- More secure than paper statements
- Faster delivery with easy access
- Helps keep you organized
- Environmentally friendly



QUESTION: How do I view my eStatement?

ANSWER: From your online banking account list, open the account. Select "Statements" from the white banner atop the page. From the Document Type dropdown, select "eStatement" and enter the applicable date range. Press "Submit".



QUESTION: How long will each eStatement be available?

ANSWER: eStatements are available for a rolling 18 months or you can save to your computer or accounting software.



QUESTION: Will I still be able to view my checks images if I select eStatements?

ANSWER: Yes, if you can currently view check images on your paper statement, you can view them on your eStatement.
