Fraud Seminar Our seminar entitled “Fraud and Your Business: Embezzlement, Fraud and Identity Theft” was very well attended!
The seminar hosted by the Bank of Washington Redmond Branch for community business owners and association directors on January 11th was a success. Steve Bean, Attorney of the Olympia law firm Bean Gentry Wheeler & Peternell, Detective Brian Coats of the Redmond Police Department, and Kevin Vitulli, Commercial Lending Officer of The Bank of Washington shared common ways and reasons employees steal from their employers. They also suggested some effective safeguards to prevent it from happening. For more information on this topic, contact us by e-mail or by calling your local branch. And watch this website for more upcoming events.
